I am a UKCP registered Supervisor, having successfully completed a diploma in Supervision with the Link Centre.

I have experience of Supervising both trainees and experienced practitioners, and have worked with both groups and individuals.

My Supervision approach integrates a Gestalt perspective with the 7-Eyed Model – taking a view of the dynamics between Supervisee, Client, and Supervisor in the round, with a broad field-based perspective. I am in regular Supervision myself, and have benefitted tremendously from this practice myself, so am passionate about the positive benefits of effective Supervision.

I place the relationship between Supervisee and Supervisor as central to my approach, and am always keen to ensure my Supervisees feel as supported as possible in their work.
